SingleStepLogic.com is a scheduling, planning, and assignment platform for restaurants, athletic complexes, theaters, team organizations, and similar groups. It is operated by White Coyote Technology, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company.

By signing up and using this service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Permitted Use
This service is provided for scheduling, planning, and communication within legitimate organizations and businesses. Use of this service for any unlawful purpose, for harassment, or for any purpose unrelated to scheduling and organizational management is prohibited. SingleStepLogic.com and White Coyote Technology, LLC reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to any user or organization if it is determined or reasonably suspected that the service is being used — or is intended to be used — for purposes outside these stated uses. No explanation or advance notice is required.

Free Trial
New accounts receive three months of free access, no credit card required. This free period is available once per person and once per organization. Creating multiple accounts to extend or repeat the free period is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Notifications
After signing up, users may agree to receive scheduling notifications via text message, email, or both, based on their group's scheduling activity. Users always have the option to opt in or out of either or both at any time by visiting their Account page, by contacting their scheduler or administrator, or by replying STOP to any text message. We are not responsible for carrier delays or failures in message delivery.

Your Data
Data you enter into the system — schedules, contact information, organizational records — belongs to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. If you terminate your account, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination. After that period we cannot guarantee its availability.

Service Availability
We make every reasonable effort to keep the service running reliably. However, SingleStepLogic.com and White Coyote Technology, LLC are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We are not liable for scheduling failures, missed notifications, data loss, or any other damages arising from use of or inability to use this service. Use it as a tool — don't bet the barn on it.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Minor Users
System administrators who add users under the age of 18 are required to provide the name, email address, and cell phone number of at least one parent or legal guardian for that user at the time of registration. This information is used solely to ensure that a parent or guardian can be contacted in connection with the minor's participation and scheduling activity. Organizations that omit or falsify this information assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the inability to reach a parent or guardian. White Coyote Technology, LLC bears no liability in such circumstances.
